Email support@ampsend.io. For bug reports, a template snippet that reproduces the problem (paste it into the email - remember, we can't see your workspace) plus what you expected versus what happened is the fastest route to a fix.
In your browser's local storage, on your machine. Nothing syncs to a server, which also means clearing site data deletes your work - use Export in the sidebar for backups, and Import to restore or move machines.
The engine is differentially tested against Salesforce's published ampscript-core corpus - 612 of 714 ground-truth cases pass, and the exceptions are documented legacy quirks we chose not to reproduce. The HTML preview approximates modern rendering; individual email clients (Outlook on Windows especially) add quirks of their own, which the compat counter flags. For final confidence, use a test send to a real inbox.
The key is stored only in your browser and sent only to api.anthropic.com. Best practice: create a dedicated key in a separate Anthropic workspace with a monthly spend cap, so its worst case is bounded, and revoke it anytime from the Anthropic console.
A share link is a snapshot of your project or template at an unguessable URL, viewable without an account. Re-sharing the same project or template updates the same link; links expire 90 days after their last update. To remove one immediately, email us the link and we'll delete the snapshot.
Check spam and the Promotions tab - subjects start with [AmpSend Test]. Recipients must verify their address with a one-time code before anything can be delivered to them.
