Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

AmpSend is a browser-based studio for developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates, operated by Techlabs (Visoko, Bosnia and Herzegovina). Using it means agreeing to these terms - kept short and in plain language on purpose.

Use of the service

AmpSend is currently free to use, without an account. Use it for building and testing email templates; don't use it to send unsolicited email, to probe or disrupt the service, or for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.

Your content

Templates, data, and everything you create remain yours. We claim no rights over your work. When you create a share link or a test send you are instructing us to host that snapshot or deliver that email on your behalf - you are responsible for the content you share and send, and for having the right to use any data in it.

Test sends

Test emails can only be delivered to addresses their owner has verified with a one-time code. Subjects are prefixed to make their nature obvious. Test sending is a development convenience, not a bulk-mail service, and volume limits apply.

AI assistant

The assistant runs on your own Anthropic API key: requests go directly from your browser to Anthropic under your agreement with them, and usage is billed to your Anthropic account. AI output can be wrong - the live preview exists so you can verify it, and you are responsible for what you ship.

Software license

AmpSend runs client-side - that is what makes the local-rendering privacy promise possible - which means its code, including the compiled AMPscript engine, is delivered to and readable by your browser. That delivery is not a grant of rights: the software is copyright Techlabs, and you receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use it as part of the service. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works from the software or the engine is not permitted. Portions incorporate open-source material under their own licenses, including test data from Salesforce's ampscript-core project (Apache 2.0).

Accuracy

The preview shows how AmpSend's engine - differentially tested against Salesforce's published test corpus - renders your template. It is a development aid, not a guarantee: Salesforce Marketing Cloud and individual email clients can and do behave differently. Verify with real test sends before sending to real subscribers.

Trademarks

Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and AMPscript are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. AmpSend is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Local-first also means: your browser storage is the primary copy of your work - export backups.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techlabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim - currently nothing, as the service is free.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves (accounts, paid plans, and hosted AI are planned); the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
